the check-in process was smooth. the staff provided necessary information.
i was frustrated by the limited parking options. the parking fee felt excessive, especially considering the area seemed relatively isolated, i expected more availability without an extra charge. also, the noise from nearby traffic and a tram line made it difficult to sleep properly. the thin walls didn't help either.
